Tubing Components

Nova will provide either seamless or welded steel tubing that has been cold drawn to maintain tight tolerances on the inner and outer diameters. This component is typically offered at a price that is more competitive than a typical “wrapped” tube while providing an appealing surface finish and cold drawn precision.

Standard Cut Tubes

• Used internally for suspension bushings, control arm components, and shock absorber mounting pins.
• Can be manufactured from Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, or Aluminum
• Intricate machining and/or irregular shapes can be provided at your request.

Formed Cut Tubing

• Typically used to encompass the exterior of suspension bushings
• Can be manufactured from Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, or Aluminum

Forgings/Castings

Nova can provide a large range of forgings or castings to meet your needs. We have certified facilities to produce a wide variation of products, from simple forged carbon steel exhaust flanges to cast aluminum control arm housings and motor mounts.
